The campaign branches in its final act based on a single choice Franklin makes. The three endings (Kill Trevor, Kill Michael, Deathwish) all take roughly the same time to reach. Deathwish is widely considered the canonical ending and is the one most playthrough timers measure against.
What stretches a 100% run past the 30-hour mark:
- Strangers and Freaks side-missions (one or two hours each in total)
