The Diablo Infernus is a beta vehicle that was originally going to appear in GTA III. The car is a variant of the original Infernus.
The car was cut from the final version of GTA III, possibly for being a bit too sporty for the streets of industrial Portland. In the final version of the game, the Diablos drive Diablo Stallions. This vehicle is referred to in-game by King Courtney, who tells Claude to steal him a Diablo Infernus in the mission Gangcar Round-up (although the subtitles clearly mention a Diablo Stallion). The audio may belong to a beta stage of the game, and it was not recorded again for the final product.
