GTA IV's cheats are dialled on the in-game cellphone — open the phone, choose Dial, type the number, press call. Numbers work identically on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. Cheats from The Lost and Damned (TLAD) and The Ballad of Gay Tony (TBOGT) are included and labelled — each episode's cheats only work within that episode.
