Do You Have Protection? is a mission in given to protagonist Niko Bellic by Russian Mafia boss Mikhail Faustin from his mansion in Beachgate, Broker, Liberty City.
This mission introduces the ability to purchase weapons from the Underground Gun Shops.
Mikhail Faustin collects protection money from all the businesses in Hove Beach, but one porn producer (Joseph) refuses to pay him. While Faustin sends Dimitri Rascalov and Niko Bellic to kill Joseph, Dimitri tells Niko it's better to keep him alive so they can collect more money from him in the future, to which Niko has no objections. After beating up Joseph, shooting one of his actors in the leg and taking the money, Dimitri introduces Niko to the Underground Gun Shops and to organized crime.
