Pegorino offers Niko one last job: a heroin deal with the Ancelottis at Honkers. Niko has to choose between taking the money with Pegorino or refusing and ending the alliance.
One Last Thing is a mission in given to protagonist Niko Bellic by the Pegorino Crime Family boss Jimmy Pegorino from Honkers Gentlemen's Club in Tudor, Alderney.
After the cutscene and two post-mission phone calls, the player must determine which ending to choose.
In order to complete the mission (after making two post-mission phone calls), the player must: *Make your decision… (go to the Deal icon or Revenge icon)
