In Grand Theft Auto IV, the Chavos appears as a 1990s mid-size sedan, generally resembling the third-generation Honda Integra 4-door, with the front fascia spotting some elements from the fifth-generation Honda Accord. The headlights and grille are taken directly from the facelifted Nissan Silvia S14, and the rear fascia seems to be inspired by the eighth-generation, pre-facelifted Mitsubishi Lancer, as seen in the overall rear shape, tail light shape, door handles and rear bumper, with the boot inspired by the fifth-generation, pre-facelifted Mitsubishi Lancer. The tail light setup, as well as some elements of the rear, might have been inspired by the second-generation Acura TL.
In the DS edition of Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, the Chavos assumes a boxy, 1980s-style body design, similar to the Hakumai, which is based on a 1990–1993 Honda Accord. On other platforms, the Chavos' design is more faithful to its GTA IV rendition.
