The design of the Virgo draws influences from the 1977–1979 Lincoln Mark V, the 1980-1983 Lincoln Continental Mark VI, and the 1977–1979 Mercury Cougar. The front bumper is akin to the one seen on the 1975–1979 Lincoln Continental, while the headlights bear a resemblance to those of the 1981–1989 Lincoln Town Car, albeit slightly larger. The rear of the vehicle seems to be inspired by the 1977 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight, omitting the vertical tail lights. The tail lights in GTA IV are similar to those on the 1977–1979 Ford Thunderbird, while in GTA Online, they mirror those of the Oldsmobile 98.
