The Spinning Anus is a static prop vehicle appearing in GTA V.
It is depicted as a flying saucer-type UFO, designed specifically as a cutscene object for the mission Did Somebody Say Yoga?, in which this UFO abducts Michael De Santa during an anesthetic-induced dream. The UFO has FIB markings on it.
The UFO projects a powerful light beam from a circular hatch to abduct Michael. The model file name p_spinning_anus_s is a humorous reference to the shape of the hatch. It is treated as a static object, thus it is not a controllable vehicle.
While this object is only featured in one cutscene, variants of the same model appear outside missions in both Grand Theft Auto V as Easter eggs and in GTA Online during certain events and hallucinations. All of these variants are less detailed versions of the original "Spinning Anus" UFO.
Similarly to the GASH Blimp from GTA: Vice City, the UFOs are treated as part of the map's terrain as an object.
Many of these non-hallucination variants are revealed simply to be government-funded UAVs (military drones) in the storyline of Grand Theft Auto Online, after Project Skylark was leaked by the Los Santos Angels in 2023.
