The Buckingham Nimbus is a private jet added to GTA Online and due to appear in GTA VI.
The Nimbus was first added as part of the Further Adventures in Finance and Felony update, being available for purchase with the release of the update on June 7, 2016.
The Nimbus' presence in GTA VI was first spotted in the game's first trailer, where it can be seen flying in the distance over Vice Beach (0:21).
