The Shamal is a multi-role jet-plane in GTA: San Andreas and a regional jet in GTA V and GTA Online, and due to appear in GTA VI. It is manufactured by Buckingham in the HD Universe.
Similar business jets also makes multiple appearances in other Grand Theft Auto games, although they are uncontrollable and are only used as props.
A Shamal can be seen flying over the Vice City Sign at Vice City International Airport in a screenshot from the Vice City section of the game's promotional website.
