The Vapid Stanier joins the Grand Theft Auto VI lineup as a 4-door sedan. It draws on the Ford Crown Victoria, seats 4, and costs $10,000 in GTA Online.
The Vapid Stanier is a four-door sedan appearing GTA V and GTA Online, and due to appear in GTA VI.
The Stanier appears in the form of service vehicles in GTA IV, namely the Taxi, Police Cruiser and NOOSE Cruiser, but later appears as a civilian sedan in GTA V and Online, where its name is established. The Taxi and Police Cruiser also return in GTA V and Online, but under a new "second generation" appearance, alongside two additional models; the Sheriff Cruiser and the Unmarked Cruiser. Originally unnamed, this newer model would later be given the Stanier LE name after the release of The Chop Shop update for GTA Online.
The Stanier appeared in the September 2022 GTA VI leaks, across two clips. In one clip, a red Stanier is parked along the Ocean Drive-inspired road in Vice Beach, near Lucia. In another clip, it is faintly visible in blue driving northbound past the Gas Stop branch in Port Gellhorn along Route 2.
The vehicle's design is largely similar to its prior renditions; however, changes have been made to the chrome and plastic trims, taillights, interior, and rims, which now feature Vapid emblems. The car also now includes a third brake light behind the rear window.
