Sweet Johnson
Sweet wants Ballas crack dealers run out of Grove Street. CJ and Sweet pile into a car, sweep through the neighborhood, and put down every last dealer they find.
Cleaning the Hood is a mission in given to protagonist Carl Johnson by Grove Street Families leader Sean "Sweet" Johnson from his home in Ganton, Los Santos, San Andreas.
The mission introduces the drugs aspect of the storyline, explaining how it has corrupted Los Santos.
Ryder, Big Smoke, and Sweet are inside Sweet's house, talking about the crack cocaine epidemic in the city as CJ arrives. After an argument, Ryder and CJ decide to take care of business and deal with some of the crack dealers that supply the Grove Street gang members. They first go to visit B Dup and Big Bear in Ganton Courts, as CJ wants to recruit some of his old friends for assistance.
Upon arriving, B Dup angrily tells the two to stay away, with Big Bear working as his crack slave. Carl attempts to convince them to return to the Grove Street Families, but unfortunately fails to do so. Ryder and Carl both leave to fend off the dealers themselves, Ryder spots a crack dealer nearby selling drugs to one of the Grove Street gang members. They kill him, and Ryder recognizes the dealer, discovering the whereabouts of the dealer's place in the process.
The pair then drive to Idlewood Projects, entering the crack den and killing every Ballas gang member inside. After finishing everybody off, they head back to Grove Street, Ganton for CJ to drop Ryder off.
