Learning to Fly is a mission strand in given to protagonist Carl Johnson by government agent Mike Toreno from the Verdant Meadows Airfield in Bone County, San Andreas.
After purchasing the Verdant Meadows Airfield, Toreno informs Carl via a phone call that he will be taking flying lessons. Initially hesitant, Carl agrees to the task when Toreno states that this will help secure his brother's release from prison. Before ending the call, Toreno explains that the ten lessons Carl will be taking are accessible on a television set in the office of the safehouse.
