Ran Fa Li (Traditional Chinese: 李然發, Simplified Chinese: 李然发, Pinyin: Lǐ Rán Fā), also known as Farlie, is a supporting character in .
He is voiced by Hunter Platin.
Ran Fa Li is the leader of the Red Gecko Tong Triads in San Fierro. Wu Zi Mu goes to great lengths to impress Ran Fa Li, presumably due to Ran Fa Li's higher ranking in the Triads.
He has no speaking lines throughout the game, instead communicating through some grunts that have to be interpreted by his assistant and translator.
Carl Johnson does a few jobs for Wu Zi Mu on behalf of Ran Fa Li, namely retrieving an important package from the airport and helping Ran Fa Li leave Chinatown safely by driving a vehicle out to the countryside as a decoy to lure the Da Nang Boys coming to kill him away from Wu Zi Mu's apartment, in turn earning him the trust of Ran Fa Li.
Ran Fa Li is also the third stakeholder in the Four Dragons Casino, which is located at the southern tip of The Strip in Las Venturas (along with Wu Zi Mu and Carl Johnson).
