The Cement Truck is based on an International Harvester S-2500.
The truck is depicted as a cement mixer mounted on a large standard cab truck chassis, featuring a black bulky bumper, a predominantly large grille and square headlights mounted on the front fenders, as well as amber indicators on each side of the hood/nose. The cab is relatively tall and features a set of mirrors beside the hood/nose, while a single exhaust stack is visible on the passenger side.
The rear section mainly consists of the main chassis, the side fuel tanks and the large fenders above the wheels, while the rear end has warning patterns in the center, rectangular tail lights, the license plate on the driver side, and a set of mudflaps. Directly mounted on the chassis is the cement mixer with DUDE markings, an unusable ladder on the left, and the chute on the rear, which acts as a bumper and may detach upon collisions.
The Cement Truck spawns in a variety of primary colors applied to the cab and chute, secondary colors applied to the front fenders, and tertiary colors for the cement mixer. Opposed to most heavy-duty vehicles, the Cement Truck only has single rear wheels.
