The Euros' styling cues clearly resemble the Nissan 300ZX (Z32), with the rear bumper and tail lights taken from the Z31 model. The car may be modeled after the base 300ZX models that has a naturally-aspirated (NA) V6 engine.
The Euros returns in Grand Theft Auto Online with a redesign, being manufactured by Annis. It now directly resembles the Nissan 370Z (Z34), with the front and rear bumpers, as well the side skirts, taking inspiration from the 2015-2020 Nismo models. The headlights, though the clusters are visibly inspired by the 370Z, the main shape were modeled after those on the 2011-2013 Infiniti G37 (CV36). The front central intake, as well the shape of the front side intakes, takes inspiration from the second-generation Toyota GR86/Subaru BRZ (ZN8/ZD8). The main red tail lights are taken from the 2009-2015 Peugeot RCZ, albeit rectangular in shape.
*The "Jet Stripes" and "Jet Blue Stripes" liveries are based on the stock racing stripes of the Nissan 350Z NISMO S-Tune (Z33). *The "Speed Tail" livery is another obvious nod to the , famously driven by the late Paul Walker in the 2003 film 2 Fast 2 Furious. **A similar livery, called "Midnight Racer", is available on the Elegy Retro Custom. *The "Drift Tribe" livery is based on 's from the 2006 film The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift. *The "King Scorpion" livery is based on 's Nissan Fairlady Z Veilside Ver.3, also from The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift. *The "Sprunk light" livery is primarily based on the Drift Styled Toyota Supra A90 livery designed by Garrett G, evidenced by its tribe decals design, while the layout of the sponsor logos is similar to the one found on the custom-built "Hyper Lemon" 350Z-R from JUN Auto. *The "Candybox Gold" livery resembles the Hoonigan "Twerkstallion" Mazda RX-7 (FC).
