The Sadler briefly appeared in the September 2022 GTA VI leaks in a single clip, where it is seen in gray, towing a trailer while driving southbound along Route 2 past the Gas Stop branch in Port Gellhorn, behind a Utility Truck.
The LOD model of a black Sadler also appeared prominently in a temporarily uploaded demo reel from a former Rockstar Toronto character animator in late 2025, which included a split-screen clip showing two angles of a female NPC in an in-game test-bed environment, with the Boardwalk Hotel visible in the background, stepping off the Sadler with unique animations: the left angle from its truck bed, and the right angle from its roof.
