Avery Carrington
Property developer Avery Carrington wants a competing building blown up before opening day. Tommy pilots a rented RC helicopter through the half-built tower planting bombs on each floor.
Demolition Man is a mission in given to protagonist Tommy Vercetti by property developer Avery Carrington from his construction site in Vice Point, Vice City Beach, Vice City.
Just like Avery's other missions, (Four Iron and Two Bit Hit) this mission can be played at any time even after beating the main story.
Avery Carrington is looking at some more development land, located up the road from his construction site. Avery's problem is that construction has already begun, so he asks Tommy to destroy the site. Tommy leaves Avery's construction site and walks to the edge of the site, where a Top Fun van is located with an RC Goblin and four bombs. Tommy enters the van and uses the remote control helicopter to transport and plant bombs in various locations around the site, whilst fending off the construction workers and security guards. When the first bomb is picked up, a timer begins counting down, so the task must be completed within seven minutes (seven-and-a-half minutes in mobile versions).
After Tommy places the four bombs on the site, the bombs are detonated and the construction site is severely damaged by the explosions, completing the mission.
