The blimp is owned by the GASH clothing store. It is not accessible to the player, as it is located at an altitude high above the game's limits. If the player somehow manages to reach it, it is not solid and the player will pass through it, much like the Airtrain and DeadDodo.
Unlike the other path-controlled vehicles and static prop vehicles, the Gash Blimp is treated as a moving building, with no associated vehicle data, two different textures for day and night, and part of the Downtown Vice City map placement file.
