This is a list of Special Vehicles in GTA: Vice City. Special vehicles are a type of vehicle that has unique qualities in contrast to standard ones. Such of these are unique/permanent colors and proofing against bullets, explosions, fire, or collisions.

If done right, you shoould be able to do everything that you can not normally do while on a rampage. Start The Party and after picking up the Soiree Outfit head back to Ken's office and wait for the rampage to end so you can start The Party again. Head to the yacht with the vehicle you want to make black in the pink marker and after the cutscene kill Mercedes.
