Every "download," "beta," "early access," "PC port," or "full game" you see is a scam, malware, or both. Here is why, and how to keep yourself safe.
The simple truth: there is nothing to download
GTA 6 is not out. It releases on November 19, 2026, on PS5 and Xbox Series X and S only, with no PC version at launch. There is no public beta, no demo, no early access, and no legitimate download of any kind. Even the physical copy is a code in a box, so there is not even a disc file to "find" early.
If a forum, website, Discord server, Telegram channel, or social post claims to have a playable GTA 6, it is lying to you. Full stop.
"But what about the leaks?"

- Fake piracy and "repack" clones. Copies of well-known download sites rigged to serve malware dressed up as GTA 6.
On top of all that, the leaker itself is pushing a cryptocurrency token alongside the leaks. Do not touch that either.
The one rule that keeps you safe
It is genuinely this simple: only get GTA 6 from Rockstar directly, the official PlayStation and Xbox stores, or a known, legitimate retailer. Never from an ad, a comment, a social post, a Discord or Telegram link, a search result, a QR code, or a forum promising early access. If it is not an official store, it is not GTA 6.
If you already clicked or paid
Do not panic, but act quickly:
- Stop entering information. Close the page and do not submit anything else.
- If you downloaded or ran a file, treat your device as compromised: run a full antivirus scan and remove anything flagged.
