The Willard in GTA: San Andreas assumes the appearance of a contemporary Chrysler C-Body sedan. It is chiefly based on the Dodge Dynasty and, to a lesser extent, the 1988–1993 Chrysler New Yorker Salon, with a grille derived from a 1983–1984 Toyota Cressida.
In GTA IV, the Willard strongly resembles a 1986–1991 Buick LeSabre, with a strong influence from the first-generation Chevrolet Cavalier, more specifically the 1982–1984 models, seen in the more boxy design compared to the LeSabre, front and rear bumpers, side skirts, and side trim that goes around the car. The headlights and the grille seem to come from the Mitsubishi Galant Lambda/Plymouth Sapporo, while the tail lights layout is similar to the 1983–1986 Ford Mustang.
