The Comet Retro Custom was added as part of the Import/Export update and released on December 22nd, 2016, during the Festive Surprise 2016 event.
The Comet Retro Custom appears stopped in the middle of an intersection in the first trailer (1:07).
In comparison to its appearance in GTA Online, the car features an engine bay grille, a new stock duck-tail spoiler, longer rear quarter glass, and a different set of stock rims. The stock side skirts and splitter have also been removed, to an extent.
