The Coquette D10 was added as part of the Los Santos Summer Special update on August 11th, 2020, available from the first day of the update's release.
A blue Coquette D10 can be seen parked up behind a Landstalker XL along the Ocean Drive-inspired road in Vice Beach, in the first trailer (0:31).
A white Coquette D10 can then be seen parked along the same road in a screenshot from the Jason Duval section of the game's promotional website, while the rear of a blue one appears in Vice Beach in a screenshot from the Vice City section.
