The Paragon R was added as part of The Diamond Casino & Resort update.
A black Paragon R can be seen driving at night along the Ocean Drive-inspired road in Vice Beach, in a scroll-driven animation of Jason and Lucia from the game's promotional website. It features a license plate that appears to be inspired by the current design used in the U.S. state of Arizona.
The Paragon R can also be seen twice in the background of two other screenshots on the game's promotional website, in the Vice City section.
