The Annihilator is modeled after the Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter, particularly the MH-60L Direct Action Penetrator version, as indicated by its stub wings, which can support four mounted weapons, two on each wing. The aircraft is armed with four Miniguns mounted to the pylons of the stub wings, resembling M134 Miniguns. The Annihilator features a more rounded nose and sharper side cockpit windows, similar to those of the Bell CH-146 Griffon/Bell 412, while the side windows may have been inspired by the AgustaWestland AW139.
Its livery is derived from the US Department of Homeland Security's Blackhawks.
