Released in December 2019 as the Diamond Casino & Resort update, GTA Online's casino is the flagship single property in the game — a fully-functional luxury casino in Vinewood, host of the most-replayed heist (the Diamond Casino Heist), and the visual identity of GTA Online's late-life content.

What the Diamond Casino is
The Diamond Casino is a purchasable membership-property in central Vinewood. Membership gives players:
- Access to slot machines, blackjack, three-card poker, roulette
- Access to the horse racing mini-game (Inside Track)
- Daily chip rewards via the Lucky Wheel
- Access to the Penthouse property (an in-casino apartment)
- Access to the Master Penthouse (premium variant)
The casino is gambling-mechanic-driven: real GTA$ converts to chips at a 1:1 ratio, and gambling can win or lose chips. The minigames are functionally identical to real gambling — same odds, same payout structures.
The Penthouse
The casino's Penthouse property is the most-purchased premium apartment in GTA Online. Buy options:
- Diamond Penthouse (~$1.5M): standard luxury apartment with bedroom, lounge, garage
- Master Penthouse (~$2M): the upgraded version with party-room, multiple bedrooms, expanded garage
Both Penthouses come with the Master Control Terminal — a phone-style mission-launcher that lets you start any GTA Online heist from inside the casino.
The Master Control Terminal
The MCT is one of the most useful single objects in GTA Online. From inside any Penthouse, you can:
- Launch any GTA Online heist as host
- Manage all CEO / MC / Hangar / Bunker / Auto Shop businesses
