In GTA San Andreas, the Uranus is a tuner car resembling the , a badge engineered variant of the first generation Mitsubishi Eclipse. The Uranus features a painted B-pillar and does not have a grille or rear lip spoiler, attributes unique to the Laser and not its counterparts. The taillights are similar to those of the fifth generation Toyota Celica and Subaru SVX. The Uranus features a custom exhaust, similar to other tuner cars.
The Grand Theft Auto IV iteration of the Uranus is heavily based on the third generation Ford Mustang hatchback, specifically the 1979-1986 model due to the louvered quarter windows. The headlights and front bumper lights are taken from the , while the grille is similar to that of the Sierra RS Cosworth model. The LOZSPEED/Russian Mafia spoiler and body kit are also derived from the RS Cosworth. The taillights closely resemble those of the first generation Toyota MR2. The Uranus may also draw influence from the similarly styled Ford Escort EXP, as it is front-wheel-drive, while the Mustang and Sierra are both rear-wheel drive.
The Uranus features the Door Ajar Chime, which can be heard with the driver's door open in quiet areas.
The Uranus does not appear in GTA V; however, its handling line can be found in the game's files, suggesting it may have been a controllable vehicle at some point during development. Additionally, wrecked versions of the vehicle can be found around San Andreas. It is unknown why the vehicle was discarded.
