Every GTA 6 Location Rockstar Has Confirmed

Rockstar's Trailer 1 Newswire post in December 2023 confirmed the state of Leonida, a fictional Florida analogue, and the return to Vice City for the first time since Vice City Stories in 2006. The Trailer 2 rollout, Rockstar's official site and the August 2026 Extended Look then profiled the state region by region. These are the regions Rockstar has named and described. No leaks, no fan-map labels: names like "Vice Beach" and "Little Haiti" come from community maps and the 2002 game, not from any Rockstar GTA 6 material.

Vice City
The Miami-style metropolis at the core of Leonida and the franchise's first return since Vice City Stories in 2006. Rockstar's site names four locations inside it: Ocean Beach, with its pastel art-deco hotels and white sand; Little Cuba, with its bustling panaderias; the Tisha-Wocka flea market and its bootleg brands; and the VC Port. The Extended Look toured a packed nightclub, richly modelled interiors and a skydive over the skyline.

A tropical archipelago inspired by the Florida Keys, which Rockstar frames as a party paradise. This is Brian Heder's territory: his boat yard, the smuggling routes and the property Jason lives on all sit in the Keys per Rockstar's bios. The Extended Look showed jet skis, a kayak, snorkelling and scuba in the surrounding water.

Rockstar's name for the region is Grassrivers: Everglades-style wetlands with alligators and mangroves. Trailer 2 and the Extended Look both feature airboat traversal through the swamp, and the August 2026 screenshot batch added two more looks at the backwater marinas with the Vice City skyline on the horizon.

Mount Kalaga National Park, the northern mountains: hunting, fishing and off-road trails, per Rockstar's profile. It is the region furthest from Vice City in tone and the one Rockstar has shown least, so treat any detail beyond that description as unconfirmed.
