Former military operator with debts. Romantic partner to Lucia. Visual contrast — close-cropped hair, gray-blue palette. Voiced — actor not confirmed.
Owner of the Jack of Hearts strip club in Vice Beach. Recurring character across Trailer 1 and Trailer 2. Major mid-game presence. Real-name actor not confirmed but the press-kit shots establish the character clearly.
