Preordered GTA 6? Here’s How to Claim Your Included Month of GTA+
The digital preorder offer has different redemption deadlines on PlayStation and Xbox. Check where to claim it, what happens to an existing membership and when billing resumes.

If you’ve already bought GTA VI digitally, there is something you can sort out before launch day: the included month of GTA+. You do not need to wait until the game releases to redeem it.
This is a reminder of the existing offer, not a newly announced November promotion. Rockstar’s redemption FAQ covers digital Standard and Ultimate Edition purchases made before November 20, 2026.
Where to find the offer
- PlayStation: visit the GTA+ product page on PlayStation Store. The redemption deadline is March 31, 2027.
- Xbox: open Offers & Credits in the Microsoft Store. You have 180 days from your purchase to redeem the offer.
That Xbox deadline depends on when you bought the game. Check your purchase receipt rather than assuming it matches the PlayStation date.
Already subscribed? Rockstar says the included month extends your existing membership and moves the next billing date back by one month. The offer is limited to one redemption per platform account; refunding and buying the game again does not provide a second included month.
Check the next payment date
After the included month, GTA+ renews at the regular monthly price unless cancelled. Before confirming the offer, read the billing details shown by your platform and save the confirmation. A calendar reminder is useful if you only want to try the included period.
There’s no reason to rush through checkout just because the word “included” appears. Make sure you recognise the account, the offer and the next charge. If the expected entitlement is missing, use the official support route rather than paying for a second subscription to see whether that fixes it.
For a broader explanation of the membership, see our GTA+ guide.
