Rockstar Shares New GTA 6 Screenshots in Its Launch Gallery

Rockstar has released a new GTA VI Launch Gallery, giving fans another look at Jason, Lucia and the places around them. The screenshots arrived on November 5, exactly two weeks before the November 19 release date repeated in Rockstar’s announcement.

There is plenty to pause over. One of the quieter images shows Jason and Lucia sitting on a pickup truck above Vice City, with deer in the grass and the skyline fading into the evening light. That is the shot we have used for this article’s cover.

Elsewhere, the gallery moves from a crowded nightclub to a marina and the water beneath it. An underwater scene has a lionfish in the foreground and a diver carrying a light behind it. Another image puts an airboat and an alligator in a dark, misty swamp.

The action shots have a very different mood. Jason rides a motorbike along a wet road with police behind him; another scene surrounds a yacht with officers, boats and a helicopter. Jason and Lucia also appear together inside a bank, carrying bags and wearing bandanas.

Those images give us something new to inspect, but they do not explain how the missions or activities work. A scene in a promotional screenshot is not enough to establish a playable feature on its own.

You can open the pictures individually in the official Launch Gallery. For the download schedule rather than more screenshots, our GTA VI preload guide collects the dates and storage details separately.
