What the Kortz Center Heist is

The Kortz Center Heist is a multi-stage art robbery targeting the Kortz Center, the cultural landmark in Pacific Bluffs. You run it out of a player-owned Mansion with the new Art Studio extension, which acts as your planning base. From there you scope the building, identify which paintings are worth taking, pick your entry and escape, and steal artwork that can be sold for cash or displayed in your own collection.

It supports one to four players. It is fully playable solo, with some important caveats we will get to.

Payouts: what you actually earn

This is the part most players get wrong, so read it carefully.

• Primary Target: roughly $1,925,000 on your first run of the week.
• Secondary Targets: up to $2,650,000 more, depending on how much you can carry and grab.
• Weekly Challenge: an extra $100,000 for completing the heist.
• Elite Challenge: roughly $50,000 bonus on top.

Put together, a strong first run lands around $2.2 million, and a maximised run with full secondary loot can push considerably higher.

The Thursday reset is the whole strategy

Mandatory preps: Access Code and Hacking Device

Two Equipment preps are required before you can start the finale.

Access Code. You are sent to a location guarded by Merryweather mercenaries protecting a container of drones. Clear the enemies, shoot the lock to open the container, then interact with it to take the drone.

Hacking Device. Head to the IAA facility, use the keycard to get through the door, and clear the enemies inside. Use the nearby computer to open the facility's Blast Door, wipe out the enemies in that room, grab the hacking device near the multi-monitor setup, then leave through the maintenance tunnels.

Alongside those, you also lock in your Infiltration Gear, Unmarked Weapons, and Getaway Vehicle choices.

Optional preps: five extra jobs worth considering

There are five optional prep missions. None are required to start the heist, but each one either makes the finale easier or increases how much loot you can carry out. If you are chasing a maximum-value run, especially with a crew, they pay for themselves. If you are speed-running a weekly first completion solo, you can skip the ones that only add carrying capacity you cannot use alone.

The best prep setup

For the cleanest, fastest route to a strong payout, the setup most players land on is:

• Choose the Staff Key Card for access.
• Take the Military Loadout for weapons.

Best solo strategy: go stealth, and it is not close

Here is the detail that changes how you should play: witnesses and CCTV evidence reduce the value of the artwork you steal. Stealth is not just the safer route, it is the more profitable one. A loud run leaves evidence that literally cuts your payout.

For solo players chasing the Elite Challenge, stealth is the reliable path. Move deliberately, take out cameras and guards quietly, and avoid triggering an alarm before you have the primary painting secured.

Solo limitations to know before you start

The heist is playable start to finish alone, but solo has two hard limits:

• A second player is required to take the loot on the upper floor. Some artwork is simply out of reach on your own.
• Solo blocks the richer Secondary Targets, so your ceiling is lower than a crew's.

If your goal is the absolute maximum take, bring at least one partner. If your goal is a clean, efficient weekly $2 million-ish payday, solo stealth does the job.

Cooldown and Hard Mode

After a run, you need to wait for a call from Raf, which takes 2 hours and 24 minutes of real time (three in-game days) before you can start again.

There is a shortcut with a trade-off. If you pay to re-run within 15 minutes of Raf's call, you are put into Hard Mode, which grants a +10% payout but makes the laser traps and vault hacking significantly harder. It is worth it if your crew is confident, and a fast way to fail a run if not.

Is it worth repeating?

Honestly, no, not in the same week. Once your first weekly completion is banked, the payout falls off a cliff.
